How long does it take for an order to arrive?
For some items, delivery can vary and take 2-3 weeks. We use manufacturers all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers, so not everything comes from the US. These items ship via USPS or e packet and all have tracking numbers.
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 5 to 21 days for the United States, other countries can take up from 7 to 25 days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Feel free to email us to check on your order status. We're happy to help.

How long does your standard shipping take to deliver my order?
Shipping within the USA generally takes 5-20 business days, rest of the world 1-4 weeks It typically takes about 5-14 days to get your product ordered, shipped, and delivered. Tracking numbers available. We also offer expedited shipping options, within the USA.

How long do I need to receive my order?
Delivery times for standard deliveries are approximately 1 to 3 weeks (5-21 days). In times of high demand (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, ...) the time can be 4 weeks. (varies depending on the country).
In view of the very high demand for this product, please grant us two to four weeks for delivery.
Can I use more than one discount code for my order? Our system only allows one code to be processed per order.

ORDERS CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you need to make a change to your order (clothing size, shipping address, etc) or cancel your order, the request must be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 HOURS of placing your order.
After 12 hours, all orders are final, including those in which you entered the wrong shipping address - no refunds will be allowed as we have already paid our supplier and shipped your order to that address. In some cases, you will receive a partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
Since we are working with international suppliers so when you order 2 or more items they might come in different packages. All orders are subject to product availability.
Please note if you order multiple items they may be sent in separate packages depending on current stock levels in warehouses. This ensures that you receive your items more quickly rather than having to wait for an increase in stock levels from a single warehouse.
If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
Orders will not incur additional shipping charges if items are shipped separately.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with your order if an item was damaged or incorrect size, etc, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason you would like a refund. Please read our Return Policy. If we deem this an item suitable for a refund, we will issue your refund minus the shipping label and sometimes stocking fee per item returned.
