If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, if you have any problem with the product or you are not completely satisfied and want to return it, you may exchange, replace or credit your purchase as needed. We will offer you a refund for the value of the item(s) you are returning. Please follow the guidelines below or Contact us right away and we'll help guide you through the process for a full refund.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept for return due to hygienic purposes products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.

You need to place a return or exchange request within 30 days from the purchase date. To assist you better we would request you to mention the order number, the date of purchase and reason to return the product, in the mail requesting for return or exchange of the product. However items must be returned unused and as sold, in a saleable condition, so please keep the product in its original condition, with all the tags, user manual, warranty card, original accessories intact and packed it in the original packaging. Items must be returned unwashed, unused, and undamaged.

Incorrect item(s) which have been received damaged or contain defects may be refunded within 7 days from the delivery date to receive a full refund.

Please take photos of the damaged/defected area and send them to support@trendy21store.com

Our returns department will inspect all item(s)/ photo(s), and we will issue you a full refund for any faulty or incorrect item(s) after verification by our team. Our executives will resolve all queries and will help you in every possible way to enhance your overall shopping experience.

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the item is not as described.

Please note that postage fees for a change of mind will not be refunded.

Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Please do NOT post the item back to us if it is faulty or incorrect. We may ask you to keep the product(s) to prevent you from the trouble and cost of return postage.

If you returning the product, once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance with our return conditions. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed once the return has been accepted.

In order to keep the cost of our merchandise as low as possible, we cannot offer free return shipping at this time. We hope to be able to this service soon!

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@trendy21store.com.

Shipping

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your product, you should mail your product to our office in Serbia, Belgrade,3 Rada Ostojica Street.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
