The product gets shipped Monday through Friday. Our focus is on making sure the items get delivered to you as quickly as possible. All products will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorization and stock availability. If an order is placed and an item is out of stock (due to that day’s demand) we will contact you via email. We apologize ahead of time for any inconvenience.
All orders will be processed before shipment. We process all orders within 48 hours of receipt (unless otherwise stated).
Your order will be typically confirmed 1-2 business days after all of your items are available to ship. Most of our products get shipped within 2-4 business days and gets delivered in 5-8 business days. If a faster shipping is required, please contact us before placing the order.
HOW WE SHIP PACKAGES?For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
Please note if you order multiple items they may be sent in separate packages depending on current stock levels in warehouses. This ensures that you receive your items more quickly rather than having to wait for an increase in stock levels from a single warehouse.
We are also working with international suppliers so when you order 2 or more items they might come in different packages. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order (we will notify you via email). Orders will not incur additional shipping charges if items are shipped separately.

Please take note; We work with different suppliers and manufacturers worldwide. This is the reason for sometimes the long delivery times. Keep in mind that that is also the reason we are able to offer such amazing pricing on our products.

Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the number of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. We don't charge taxes on our products. They are on us, but you are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us as soon as you receive your order.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. In most countries, for item up to 50$ or 100$ custom is free. Check how it goes for your country.
A confirmation email that contains your tracking information will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. Once verified, we will begin preparing your order immediately. Please be aware that once it is being prepared it may no longer be possible to change or cancel your order. However, do ask if needed and we will do what we can to help.
It normally takes 1-2 business days for us to place and process your order for shipping with warehouses. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
You will receive your order 5-20 business days from the date that you placed the order. Please do not worry if it does not arrive immediately, it is on its way. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products, so do contact us in case of any issues.
You should receive an email within 2-7 business days that your order has been shipped. You will receive tracking information, once your order ships out. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us. You can track your parcel on the website with your tracking number, you will be able to check the delivery status of your parcel.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
How do we ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by e-Packet or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
The delivery times are not the same for all products, Count 15 Average working days (Up to 2-4 weeks in period High demand).
